The tornadoes caused significant damage to trees, homes, and businesses in affected areas. In Upper Arlington, the EF0 tornado caused tree and minor building damage, flipped a vehicle on Interstate 71, and resulted in two injuries. The EF1 tornado in Olde Towne East caused extensive tree damage and structural damage to buildings, including the partial destruction of a brick apartment building. Fortunately, no injuries were reported from this tornado. The EF0 tornado near Plain City caused damage to trees, crops, and structures. Straight-line winds accompanying the storms also caused widespread damage in areas such as Hilliard, Dublin, and Reynoldsburg.
